What is Wegotiate?

At Wegotiate we like to try new experiences and we like to do it together with new and old friends. That is why we started the company. Our goal is to to make people experience new things, to let you know what is out there and give you the best deals this town has to offer. Everyday we scan Dubai for the best experiences and the best deals and make them available for you through our website. Wegotiate features an unbeatable deal on the best stuff to do, see, eat, and buy in your city. By promising businesses a minimum number of customers, we get discounts you won't find anywhere else. In order to get the deal a certain amount of people has to buy into the deal. If that minmum amount is reached the deal is on.

Do I have to find all those people to get the deal?

No, that is why we started Wegotiate. We will do our best to get the buzz out online but also in the real world, so that there is enough buyers for the deal to go through. But if you want be sure to get the deal, you can get the buzz going buy sharing it with your friends.

I like today's deal - how do I get it?

Just click "BUY" before the offer expires. If the minimum number of people has bought into the deal, the deal is on and your card will be charged. You will also get an email with a link print your voucher. If not enough people has bought into the deal, the deal is off and you won't be charged. So share it with your friends to make sure you get the deal!

What happens if the deal doesn't reach its required minimum number of purchasers?

If not enough people sign up, then the deal is cancelled and you won't be charged. Better luck next time!

Do I need to use my voucher the same day I buy it?

No. Many vouchers have an expiration date, but you never have to use them on the date of purchase.

I bought into a deal - how do I use it?

Once you're charged, you'll receive an email with a voucher that you can print. When you go to redeem your deal you have to show the voucher and ID.

Can I buy it as a gift for someone else?

Yes. Just give your friend the the voucher. Just make sure that your friend bring the voucher and ID..

Wait, my name is on the voucher. Are you sure I can use this as a gift?

Yes! With a valid voucher and ID there shouldn't be a problem.

If I don't use the full value of the voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?

No. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever you don't use.

Can I combine my deal with other offers or specials?

Sorry you can't. Not unless the offer details/voucher specifically states otherwise.

Am I billed as soon as I buy into a deal?

No - you are only charged if the deal is on and that is if the deal reaches the minimum amount of buyers.

Is it safe to buy on Wegotiate?

Yes. We work with PayPal as a trusted payment provider and in order to make you feel extra safe the actual credit card-transaction will happen on PayPal's servers.

Can I return a Voucher?

Wegotiate handels all refunds. If you have any quetions about it, do not hestitate to contact us: contact@wegotiate.com

What happens if my voucher expires?

All is not lost! Once a Groupon reaches its expiration date, it loses its promotional value, but you can still redeem it at the price you paid for the length of time stated by gift certificate laws in your state.

What if the business for my Groupon closes down?

If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your voucher, we'll make sure you get your money back.
